2.35 Release

Hi,

I regret to be the bearer of bad news; but as it stands,
the worst case scenario (and likely the actual case) is that 2.35 is
not going to be released in July.

The new goal is to release it in early August.

The past month has been mired in fire-fighting bustages,
getting repacks and builds working (as of this writing,
trunk is busted) as well as the need to get the backend
buildbot code updated to reflect that we no longer depend
on CVS.

I apologize for the delay and would like to thank everyone for your
patience.

Bug 1177025 seems to think otherwise:
    https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1177025
it currently says “Octember 2015” for SM 2.35 release? does it mean October 2015?

If SM 2.35 is supposed to be released sometime in August 2015, the info on bug 1177025 seems to be incorrect as that date there needs to be corrected.

@EP: If you read the whole bugzilla thread, you will find that the predicted ETA lies between Julgust and Octember. Which is quite a long period of time (and some kind of joke as well). This is due to the fact that the whole building environment had to be upgraded, both in terms of software and hardware.

My suggestion: Make yourself a nice pot of darjeeling tea, grab some other duties on your agenda, and wait and see.
